This week involved organizing files, updating plugins and building of pages. A longstanding to-do item has been to remove all CSS and javascript from my HTML file into separate files. I was able to accomplish this, and update all external libraries/code along the way.
I also focused on two pages in particular: Plan Your Garden Page and the History of Urban Farming. On the Plan Your Garden Page, I worked on creating the skeleton for future content. Right now it looks a bit silly, and it’s missing all real content, but the basic form of the page is taking shape. The other page I spent my time on was History of Urban Farming, and it basically involved me creating a few timeline items that animate in or out with a simple click. Finally, on the page development side. I swapped all my logos with SVG’s.
Lastly, I created a spreadsheet with all of my tasks prioritizes. I have started to move needs into a version 1 and a version 2. Most of my tasks are still version 1, but I feel pretty good about the plan to complete certain later on.
